Privacy and Warranty Policies

OUR PRIVACY POLICY: Our policy is simple. Once we've processed and shipped your order we discard your information. We don't keep names and address on file and we don't sell information to other companies. Credit card information is shredded. When you reorder with us, you're starting from scratch and will need to provide the current version of that information again.

SAFETY: Please remember that misuse of training aids and other tack can result in cruelty to your animal and danger to yourself. Lungeing equipment is meant for lungeing only. Training aids and lungeing equipment should not be used to lead, tie or load a horse. Similarly, dog leashes should only be used to walk, not tie, a dog. Do not allow your horse tack to drag on the ground where it can be stepped on by a horse. Do not leave your dog equipment where you dog can chew on it. If you use side reins for mounted work, you do so at your own risk. If you have any questions about the proper use of your Custom-Tack equipment, please contact us by phone or email. We'll be happy to advise you.

RETURNS: Satisfaction Guaranteed - We want you to have fun out there riding and training your horse or your dog! If for any reason you are not happy with your Custom-Tack equipment, simply return it to us in good condition, within 30 days of purchase. We'll either give you a full refund or an exchange, whichever you prefer.

OUR WARRANTY: While we cannot guarantee against breakage (horses and dogs can break anything!), we do guarantee our Custom-Tack equipment against defects in workmanship for one year of use by the recreational rider under normal circumstances. Custom-Tack's dog leashes are guaranteed for one year of normal use. The World's Finest™ Lungeline is guaranteed for five years of lungeing use by the recreational rider under normal circumstances. Please remember that lungelines are for lungeing only! A cotton lungeline will not hold up to loading a reluctant horse into a trailer, or tying a horse that pulls back.

Store your Custom-Tack equipment out of the sun and weather and use it safely. If anything goes wrong with your Custom-Tack equipment, we will fix it. If your Custom-Tack equipment is damaged because your horse stepped on it or your dog chewed it, we will make all possible repairs for a nominal fee. If you plan to use your Custom-Tack equipment on multiple horses or dogs each day, we suggest you choose nylon for durability.
